Dr. Mayhem has officially returned from the Underworld! He has brought with him CHAOS like no other. Becoming "Mad Hermy" and using his old heart to fuse with his new body turned the world itself upside down. Now, "Mad Hermy", as he prefers to be called, is the definition of CHAOS and all that is wrong with the world. He intends to use his new-found powers to control the world and its inhabitants.
